Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures that you receive the correct item quickly.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at
Shaima.Athelabel@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement.

Final Sale items
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item was confirmed by our team as faulty.

Return Cost 
1. Request a Return Authorization (RA)  Email our Customer Support team at
Shaima.Athelabel@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You will receive an RA number and detailed return instructions within 48 hours.
2. Pack Your Items Securely: Place the items you wish to return in their original packaging.
3. Ship Your Return: Use the prepaid shipping label provided by our Customer Support team to send your package back to us. Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
